As president and director of design for SBW, Mr. Bohde takes a hands-on approach to every project that comes to the firm. With more than four decades of professional experience, he brings to his projects the insights and expertise necessary to ensure each project's success in the realms of functional and activity programming, design, color and finish coordination, masterplanning, budget control, construction observation and overall project administration. Mr. Bohde has a unique knowledge in the masterplanning of large, complex facilities and in the design of liturgical and scholastic environments.

As senior project architect, Mr. Brill, who has more than three decades of professional experience with SBW, has been involved with all aspects of project management with an emphasis on code compliance, building system development and construction documentation. Mr. Brill is involved in the coordination of all SBW projects and directs our technical staff in the preparation of the construction documents and field observation. Mr. Brill is very knowledgeable of our computer systems and databases, and has unique knowledge in the realm of building assembly systems, landscape design and code issues.
